Keith Beaty, his son Alan, and I
decided to do a more relaxed hike this year. Keith and I have done
many hikes together, but this will be the first one I have done with
Alan. Our plan is to go down the Hermit Trail to Hermit Creek,
over to Monument Creek, then Horn Creek, down to the bottom for two
nights at Bright Angel Campground, and then out the Bright Angel.
