This is the last of the tough North side hikes I have wanted to do.  Keith Beaty, Bob Holland, and I have done several hikes together.  This is our first hike with Tom Bourne.  We have contacted several experienced and knowledgeable hikers for their input and suggestions on this trail.

     Our permit is for seven nights below the rim.  Our plan is to camp below the Redwall, at the old Bass Camp, two nights at the Colorado River, and then be a little flexible on the remaining three nights going out.
