The Bright Angel Point Trail begins at the North Rim Lodge parking lot.  You can also get to it from the Lodge.  The trail is paved and extremely easy walking with minimal elevation change.

     In about ten minutes, my wife and I reach Bright Angel Point, where we have our picture taken.  Like many places at the Canyon, the views are great.

     Even if you are not into hiking, this is one trail you have to do when at the North Rim.  It is one-quarter mile each way, paved, and almost level.  The views from the point are fantastic.
