This is one of those hikes my daughter and I have been wanting to do for several years.  It will be my third hike with her.  The allure of the beautiful, blue-green waterfalls in Havasu Canyon was just too much to resist any longer.  We will be joined by John, one of Beth's fellow Sonographers (ultrasound).  Our plan is to meet at Hualapai Hilltop (pronounced "Wall-ah-pie") on October 3, 2006, at 7:30 A.M., hike down for three nights, and return.  Beth and I are having our gear taken down by one of the pack horses while John is carrying most of his gear.
